Shipping Partners

  • Delhivery: Our primary shipping partner, covering most pin codes across India and selected international destinations.
  • Shree Maruti Courier: Utilized for express deliveries and areas where Delhivery does not operate.
  • DTDC or India Post: Employed for remote locations not serviced by our primary partners and for international shipments.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities (India): Delivery usually takes 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Non-Metro Cities (India): Delivery may take 3-4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries using India Post and Delhivery’s international services. Delivery times vary based on destination and customs procedures:

  • India Post International Speed Post: Typically delivers within 4-10 business days to major destinations like the USA, UK, and Australia. Actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local delivery services.
  • Delhivery International: Delivery timeframe ranges from 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processes. Learn more about Delhivery’s international services.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): ₹49 flat rate.
  • Express Shipping for bulk orders (India): ₹400 flat rate.
  • Same-Day Delivery (India): ₹150 flat rate (available in select locations).
  • Free Shipping (India): Orders above ₹799 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • International Shipping: Charges vary based on destination country, package weight, and dimensions. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
